Treasurer’s Report

By Don Gracia

Balance Sheet

·        Current Assets $91,821.06

·        Collected $64,000 from registration, with $2,200+ more monies still coming in.  This is over our projected budget.

·        All Star Uniforms on the Balance Sheet are from 2006, due to late bills.  Need to improve on cost control and collect proper amounts from parents of players on All Star Teams.

·        Discussion of how to pay for things when Board members are acting on behalf of the league.  Copies of an invoice that was signed needs to be given to the Treasurer for reconciliation.

·        Equipment:  Mounds and Pitching Machines purchased.  Payment to be made and equipment to be picked up soon.  Cost authorized in December, 2006
