circle.
Rules Clarification:
- 1st/3rd
base coaches – The web site needs to be updated to for base coaches—2 coaches
or 1 coach 1 player with helmet.
- Pitch
count rules apply to all kid pitchers. Local rules for AAA & AA to be
updated by Eric for review and posting to web. Summary: AAA-2 inning max
per pitcher, AA-1 inning; 50 pitches max for AA & AAA; days of rest
apply.
- Mandatory
use of pitching machines at Rookie and AA.
Coaching Items:
- Possible
pitching clinic for next season. Investigation and discussion is ongoing.
- Need
to enforce attendance at coaching clinics. Could impact coach selection if
no clinic for 2007 season. 2008 season will have same requirement that
manager must attend at least 1 clinic for 2008 season.
- Discussion
of upcoming Manager Evaluation Form. Board members will hand deliver and
hand collect evaluations around the start of the LCT.

West pays for league time at batting cages.
- May

potential for overnight rain puddles.
- Clean
up garbage.

- There
will be a few openings on the 2008 Board. Looking for volunteers.
- Planning
for End of Season Umpire/Board Appreciation Dinner. Date and planning will
be handled by Eric.
- Donation
to Bainbridge Island Little League occurred. Brian Marantz met with Mike
Sheehan, President of their league, to deliver the check. They were very
grateful and could not thank us enough. Mike Sheehan wants to ensure that
they will publicly recognize the WLL at their Jamboree for the generous
donation. They are recovering from their loss, but some things will be
un-replaceable.
