- Still

2006-2007 Budget
From President Sponsorships email indicated that they expect
approximately same income in 2006-2007 as prior year.
Projects – needed and potential:
- Item for
2007-2008 season is Breakaway bases – Rob Root
will investigate and report back.
- Finish
completing dugouts at Bear Creek Elementary.
- Portable
mounds, including storage
- Backstop
padding at Cottage
Lake
- Umpiring
equipment
- Pitch
counters
- First Aid
supplies stock.
- Jamboree
expenses and income – Fundraising, such as the dunk tank, ‘run the bases’,
concessions, raffles
- Softball
& Jr/Sr budget will depend on if programs are shared with Woodinville
West.
- NAF
Complex items not included. These are the responsibility of the NAF.
However, we still will have a significant payment to the NAF for field
usage.

report, and discussions/vote at the November meeting.
Registration
- Regular
– November 1 – 30
- Late
Registration – December 1-15: Late
Fee of $15.
- Very
Late Registration – December 16 – December 31. Late Fee of $15, but no
team placement guarantee.
- Late
registration fee increase this year.
- Regular
registration fees need to be discussed further, be prepared for email
meeting if fee change is needed.
- Several
emails to be sent out during November using the league-wide CMI registration
list from last season.
- Flyers
to be delivered to schools and at batting cages and other venues.
- Recommend
turning on “Donation section” in CMI registration, and explain what the
purpose of the donations are for.
- WLBB
web site and CMI to be updated for registration.
Level of Play
Softball & Jr/Sr:
- Discussing
if program to be run by Woodinville Little League or Woodinville West
Little League.
- VP Softball
& VP Jr/Sr will each lead volunteers to communicate with Woodinville
West and to evaluate options for report at next meeting.
- Registration
will begin 11/1 with other program decisions to be made before play
begins.
Majors/Minors
- Review
of last meetings minutes
- Discussion
of reducing the number of teams this season to 6 from 7.
- Still
need to figure out what would happen to Majors returning players who don’t
have a team to go back to as a result of a team reduction. Options include
putting players in draft pool.
- Coaches
Coordinator to email Minors & Majors coaches to request survery of returning players, WITH NO REFERENCE TO
MINORS OR MAJORS PLACEMENT.
- Preliminary
decisions to be made at future meeting with final decision dependent on
registrations.

Miscellaneous Items
- Need
to get calendar items to Jack including (Picture Day,
coaching/umpire/scorekeeper clinics, tryout dates, registration, start of
