Rob Schwend opened the meeting at 6:40 pm. Rob gave the Treasurer’s Report and reported that total cash we have on hand is $60,327.63. We paid out some large expenses
(i.e. field maintenance NSSD usage fees, some umpire equipment)
Interleague & D8 – Regarding the Northshore Athletic Field (The Complex), paper are being drawn up for Non-profit, Membership Org Structure status with the four leagues.
Jamoboree: What a great success. We made $4800 at this years jamboree compared to $2150 in 2005 and $850 in 2004. Base a thon alone brought in $1700. Need to make a great effort next year to promote the base a thon and have all teams and players participate.
All Stars: The 2006 All Star Coaches have been selected.

Player’s commitment forms need to be in by 5/12, players vote the week of 5/15 and the teams are announced 6/15. It was suggested that we include in the commitment form that there are also financial considerations. All Stars can run anywhere from $200 and up.
Name of selected All Star players will be on the WLL website 12:01 on June 15 with the formal announcement of the players that evening at the Complex.
TOC: This year the leagues involved are Woodinville, Woodinville West, North Bothell, North King County, Kenmore and North Kenmore. The tournament will begin Tuesday, May 30 to Fri or Sat June 6 or 7. The current Pilot pitching program rules that The Woodinville League has adopted this year will apply.
Pitch Count and Intentional Walks: There has been a significant increase in intention walks this year. The board has decided that an email will be sent from Rob to all the Minors and Major managers that strongly discourage intentional walking. From this point on green book rules apply on intentional walking which means four pitches must be thrown and you cannot just say you want to walk someone.
Aqua Sox: WLL Aqua Sox night will be June 23 at 7:00 pm. We have purchased 300 tickets that we need to sell by 6/1. The tickets are $9 each. We need to get the word out to teams for end of the season parties, all-stars, etc.
